☆ about underskore

Hello! We are Underskore, the first k-pop dance team at the university of arizona. We at UnderSkore exist to celebrate diversity through Korean Pop music and dance. Through our efforts, we wish to promote the diversity found within every one of our members.

Audition FAQ

  • When are auditions?
    ✿For the Spring school year 2022, auditions will be TBD

  • Where are auditions?
    ✿Auditions are held in the Ina Gittings building, entry on the south side, closest to the UA Mall

  • What is a workshop?
    ✿A workshop is a class taught by our dance captains

  • What are the time commitments?
    ✿We meet every Saturday from 12pm-2pm and every Sunday 6:30pm-9:30pm. Cover practices are at the discretion of the cover leader

  • Can anyone join?
    ✿Yes! Everyone is welcome to join, however if you are not a student, you must be 18 or older

  • What is the audition workshop?
    ✿At the audition workshop, our dance captains will teach a snippet of one boy group and one girl group dance, you will then have one week to practice before the auditions are held.

  • What happens on day of auditions?
    ✿At the auditions, you will have the chance to perform each song 2 times in your small group. Logistics will be covered on the audition workshop day
